5. Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zhontu, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns and Refunds Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and governs all return, replacement, and refund requests.

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of the product delivery date.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory for all return or refund requests.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)

5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5.4 Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be shared with you.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging of the returned product to prevent transit damage.

  • Zhontu reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions upon inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.6 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
